Sengalo Waterfall, One of the Charms of Moyo Island, NTB-Indonesia

Moyo Island is included in the territory of West Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia.

This one island is famous for its natural beauty, one of which is the Sengalo waterfall.

This waterfall has a height of 8 meters.

You can reach the location of this waterfall from Sebotok Village, one of the villages on Moyo Island.

From this village it takes approximately 30 minutes.

To reach this waterfall you will be combing the beach.

After that, you can continue with the motorcycle.

So, to get to the waterfall, you have to travel again on foot, don’t worry, it’s only about 15 minutes.

During the climb to this waterfall, we will pass the tree of love.

This tree is believed by the local community to bring goodness to love affairs.

Upon arrival, you will find a pool that can be used for bathing or swimming.

According to history, the name of this waterfall was given by a sailor from China, Cheng Lo.

Therefore, this waterfall is nicknamed Cheng Lo.

However, due to the different pronunciation of the people, this waterfall eventually changed from Cheng Lo to Sengalo Waterfall.
